I went to the Forest Pharmacy recently following an appointment for ear wax removal through a micro suction procedure. I was welcomed by staff and by the pharmacist who very carefully and patiently dealt with my situation and fully succeeded in cleaning my ears.. I am very grateful to him for my treatment and feel confident that I will be helped in the future should I need further assistance. I have just received exceptional, fast, professional, and friendly service from Forest Pharmacy. I was referred to them by Specsavers who had no available appointments for urgent ear wax removal. At Forest Pharmacy I was offered an immediate consultation with the pharmacist/specialist in ear wax problems who then performed microsuction to unclog a very blocked ear. I cannot say how grateful and relieved I was to have this problem sorted so painlessly and so very quickly. A video of my ear blockage was shown to me before and after treatment. I am so very impressed with his, and his staff’s, knowledgeable and professional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sandeep did a fantastic job getting wax out of my ear/s. Persevered, took time, very gentle and had the latest technology. My goodness me, I can hear so much better now. 100% recommend using Forest Pharmacy.
